How does the user know that the parameters they picked are correct? iDVC has the bulk run. However descriptive statistics is missing on the results. Histograms with quantitative analysis is also missing.
ACTION: Rethink the bulk run. Make the bulk run idea more focused. For example, the subvolume size could be investigated in 5 runs. Different results show plots. Eg. Draw a plot with the average objective function minimum on vertical axis, and subvolume size on horizontal axis. Then the user can click on the plot and save it. Open an issue about this.
ACTION: Another option is to compare the top ROI, bottom ROI and then compare the displacement in one histogram. Open issue about this.
