Scratching my heads for days to write Tests for components which are using axios. With Nuxt + Vue + Jest combination it seems hard. |

This PR will be the initial implementation for Unit tests in Torgo Client app.
To run tests:
npm run testTo run a specific test
npm run test StarsRatingIf you are making an update to the component make sure to update the snapshot.
npm run test StarsRating -- -u
