Hygiene and maintenance

This pull request take care of the following maintenance tasks:

1. Makes necessary changes for updating Julia version from 1.8 to 1.10
2. Incorporates debugged version of IRTools
3. Fixes Codecov integration
4. Adds bitblasting in the main branch (TODO: making the code readable)
