Add VectorUtils and SDF

It adds functionality on 3D vectors more easily

The blocks don't have any error handling, so every single block stalls if you click it in the palette (except the 2 blocks in the image).

if you still would like this to be added, I would like to see:

• improved error handling for invalid JSON (I bet you can find a more compact way yo represent the vectors too)
• resolve all ESLint errors in the checks at the bottom of these comments (warnings are okay; I can resolve those myself later)
• may help to clarify what an SDF is
• the default values in the blocks should ideally demonstrate the block somehow, at least not throw errors
