I asked about including these in the libraries

It's been an open question whether we can include these in the library for a while.
I decided to actually just ask them and got a boilerplate response that was pretty
clear that they don't want people using these without explicit permission. Maybe
later I will try to get proper permission, but for now let's just stop doing things
that we shouldn't be doing.

Probably a couple other changes will happen later too.
