Fix potential crash on Linux if one socket (broadcast or multicast) is off
Allowed use of XPPlanes in a Remote Client configuration, though the original design idea doesn't require this to feed several X-Plane hosts: Instead of using the Remote Client you could and still can just install XPPlanes itself on several hosts in the network. The data you feed via broadcast or multicast shall reach all of them likewise.
Updated XPMP2 to latest version, refer to XPMP2's Releases v3.3.0, v3.3.1, and v3.4.0 for features.
