TL;DR

One major bug that causes program to not handle just tsp situations has been fixed. One minor bug that causes program to give ArithmeticException has been fixed. A parameter -i <number of iterations> has been added, which allows to specify how many iterations will be on both 4 different approaches, it is not mandatory, and its default is 1.
