Singularity definition files for building useful containers
This repository includes the definition files:
pulsar_container.def - contains all the standard pulsar/postprocessing tools often used on BL data. The tools included are: bl_sigproc, presto, tempo, tempo2, dspsr, psrcat, psrchive, guppi_daq. Due to the vintage of these packages, this is built in an Ubuntu 16.04/Python 2.7 environment.
