- Focus the section on synchrony of sbatch (non-blocking) and salloc (blocking).
- Explain how blocking launcher (salloc) is used to launch interactive jobs.
- Explain how srun can be used to create jobs implicitly.

The distinction between running an interactive job and an interactive job session is made explicit. Also fixed minor expression errors.
