In the GUI, during the .raw file selection. Add two additional columns next to the file_exist. Manually add by the performer of the run if in neg or pos mode (so two additional columns + maybe a comments column) the TIC was visually of bad quality. This can then be send to the completion mail + an additional file to find back later.

Additionally and related to this feature. Find out exactly when a TIC is rejected or approved by the script. Manually seems to be more strict than the script does.

  • how much time is minimally needed to approve a TIC (said differently, minimum number of scans)
  • what is the threshold for negative and positive mode and how is it calculated each TIC. (moment of "approve" or "reject)
