Fixes typo in test descriptor

Fixes a broken description string in a cleaning/tests.bats test.

Fixes #1 and #2 (problems with cleaning tests)

This fixes issues #1 and #2, both of which were problems with the tests for the "cleaning" problem. One was due to a problem with inconsistent ordering of files in a tar archive, and the other was removing a debugging echo statement that got left in by mistake.
