  • Disable submit button for file versions when no file has been uploaded. This prevents errors which were being logged if the user clicked the terribly labeled "Upload new version" button before uploading a new version of the file with the also terribly labeled "Choose new file version" button.
  • Backport fix to prevent list of uploaded files from disappearing due to bootstrap conflict
