What this pull request does

We need UI interface for the new versioning dashboard. The Versioning dashboard is the overview of all the projects translated through the POEditor platform. In that dashboard we can see the full list of all available projects(Pic. 1). By clicking on the project row in the table we'll redirected to the view with all versions for the project(Pic. 2).

Notes for your reviewer

The backend is still in process and this branch haven't been tested with it yet
