You can download and install GWinGet from Github Release

You must extract .zip file and run install.ps1

1. Install WinUI 3 Project Reunion 0.8 Extension (with VS 2019 16.10 or newer) (Reference)
2. Download zip or clone this reposity
3. Open solution
