Flask wrap for es based annotation search API

Installation

pip3 install -r requirements.txt
python3 api.py 

For errors check logs in ./log.

Port and IP configures are in api.py.

Elasticsearch name and passwd in setup_es.py.

e.g. cd es_scripts sh show.sh

• show.sh : show first 10 docs
• region.sh : region query
• region_fields.sh : region query with specific fields
• region_size.sh : region query with size and from for pagination
• structure.sh : show fields tree structure
