After the last PR, the app seems to work initially on the Cloud.gov dev site, but the Login.gov/EPA Gateway login assert fails. EPA did an update yesterday to their EPA Gateway staging environment, so I'm not sure if that caused an issue, or if the issue is related to the client app build update to
vite. To isolate changes and help diagnose, this reverts all changes made since #364 (reverts the client app back to usingcreate-react-app).Steps To Test:
