General Features that Sponsor wants on intial launch

Feature Description

  • Want to collect information on users when they register including: ethnicity, Name (first and last), birth year, possibly income status (optional choice), Gender, email, residential address, phone number, kid(s) name, language spoken to child, etc. (listed in google forms: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSddmWw0qywbqTlD--g26RT-q7ONjRSurudc55_hKqsnnXJ9kg/viewform?pli=1)
  • They want their website to be used by either Spanish or English speakers but possibly more (want to collect if they are spanish or english speakers) allow admin account for reading huddle admins (access to private info) (one or two friends of MLK will be access it usually) want faculty(teachers) to have access to the reading questions that their kids answer (they will potentially be able to access/review questions of their kids and award or remove points)
  • Parents will have only basic access to their kid’s info with this info hidden from other normal users want faculty(teachers)
  • We want to have parents with the ability to register multiple entities for their kids want a revamped UI in general and they want to streamline and simplify website navigation Chat bot needs to be removed and replace with a section where they can register their complaints (basically a about me section/ complaint section)
  • They want to simplify the navigation for their questions like removing the misleading mark complete and finish quiz buttons and merge them into one button
  • When they complete their question they want them to switch to the next newest question
  • Want to have a counter to list how many entries they have in their raffle in their account (possibly as like a box on the side)
  • Theme should be red, black, white, and gray and they want a more visually appealing main page (waiting right now for trademark)
  • Have the same course for all grades (regardless if from 5 to 15 age ranges) (they might want to change this in the future to allow specific courses for subjects for older students)
