Move of Home of dmdScheme

dmdScheme is now available on R-Universe and has moved to the [UZH-PEG organisation on GitHub[(https://github.com/UZH-PEG) and can be found at.

Otherwise, some notes and warnings by CRAN were fixed.

dmdScheme 1.2

This release adds

• handling of multiple "vertical" worksheets in the Excel version of the scheme definition (like Experiment)
• bibliometric metadata worksheets (MdBibliometric & MdAuthors)
• auto-generation of index file, which is build on a template (markdown) which contains tokens (%%token%%) to the metadata and special tokens for date and author of the metadata

dmdScheme 1.1.0

This release removes the dependency on dplyr and tibble.
