I like this idea, but rn it breaks the mobile layout. I'd love to merge if you're up for fixing that @storres93 |

Since token-list schema supports different chainIds to be assigned to tokens, so for example you could have an entry for DAI on ethereum and an entry for DAI on polygon, it should also show which chainid corresponds for each token shown on a list.
