…on causes kernel to fail both on colab and on my laptop, possible memory shortage. Need assisstance to complete.

First commit contains assignment 2 answers 1-3. Answer 4 causes kernel to collapse on both colab and my machine. Suspecting memory limitations due to large dataset and complex training model. Will be asking help from TA to complete the question 4.
Second commit will have a fully answered assignment-2.ipynb file after the issue is resolved.
