Updating the repository name from "scaling_to_production" to "production."

I performed a search using the following strings:

I reviewed every instance of these terms to ensure that the context in which they appear remains clear and the text still makes sense without causing any disruption.

How were these changes tested?

The only changes were in the assignments, where participants were informed about how the final GitHub pull request URL should be structured. These updates do not require testing.
