To evaluate if we should go all in on file-only export for metacatalog, we want to test the following operations:

Export a netCDF, from a THREDDS data source, including a subsetting
Import a new netCDF from a nested folder structure
Import into the internal PostgreSQL table from a file source (CSV and netCDF?)
