Preview Release

This is the preview release for development for the tool_clustering tool specification enabled docker container.

This tool mainly wraps some sklearn.clustering algorthims to use them in a geostatistical context.

Initial Release

This is the initial release with the first version of the clustering tools running. Readme and some tool semantics will be updated soon.
