feat: add GitHub Actions workflow for SonarQube analysis

This commit introduces a new GitHub Actions workflow that triggers a SonarQube analysis on every push to the main branch. The workflow uses the SonarQube Scan Action and the SonarQube Quality Gate Action (currently commented out) to perform the
