- reorg focus3_xre page to include Vive's Streaming Face Tracking module
- added note+image for setting Vive Hub to beta
- updated note about ALXR for focus3_xre to represent current behavior
- added XRE to hardware compatibilities page; updated focus 3 hardware compatibilities / ratings
