Description
This PR updates the newly deployed ResilientOracle implementation, fixing a bug in reference address for
BoundValidatorResilienOracle implementation deployment can be found here
NOTE : Mainnet VIP also configures Redstone Oracle as a PIVOT oracle for TRX and TRX_OLD assets. (check VEN-2147)
