python-upgrade-installer Introduction

Use the shell scripts to upgrade the python binary.

1. Deploy the ftp server and then use the python3 scripts to download the installation packages from www.python.org
2. Use the python3 libary hashlib to check the hash value
3. Fix the bugs in these shell scripts and make them running better
