Fixes

• Applying an encoder presets activates the "Advanced mode"
• Got rid of the SpinCtrl-error message
• Increased (max-)bitrate and buffer size max. values of h264/h265 encoders

Changes

• Added the "UT Video" encoder
• Added the "GoPro CineForm HD" encoder
• Added "AVI" container / muxer
• Added the (incomplete) chinese translation - Please help to finish the translation here: https://crowdin.com/project/voukoder
• The size and the position of the voukoder dialog will be stored in the registry now

Notes

For using NVENC (SDK 9.0) encoders driver version 418.8 or newer is required.
