MSxplorer

The goal of MSxplorer is to provide practical tools to explore data analysis from HRMS chemical analysis. It has been mainly tested on Waters LC-HRMS MSe and Thermo GC-orbitrap-HRMS data.

Installation

The development version from GitHub:
