Привет! Добавь плиз тоже самое и для eng версии.
и сделай так:
3) У нас есть некоторые зависимости, вам нужно их установить:

pip install numpy pandas backtrader moexalgo requests websockets matplotlib

или

pip install -r requirements.txt
