usage: fetch_annotations [-h] -in--file INFILE [-out--file OUTFILE]

Fetches Gene ontology annotations of list of genes stored in -in--file from QuickGO and stores in -out--file

options: -h, --help show this help message and exit -in--file INFILE filepath for file containing UniprotKB accession IDs -out--file OUTFILE Location to store file containing GO annotations
