General information about this waterfall can be found in the README.md file. This wiki exists primarily for the purpose of keeping an up-to-date summary of the current status of the waterfall build. Because there are many possible sources of breakage or other status changes, a few members of Google's WebAssembly team have a rotation to keep an eye on it and update the status (this is known as "sheriff duty", and details of the sheriff's job can be found here.
