v2.1.5 - paper version

This is the first published version of PyQSOFit using prior-informed host decomposition method.

I update the example so one can follow the example to decide whether to use the prior method.

I use this version of code for my paper though it is still under revise. This code will be update frequently in the following few months. However, I amend some fatal problem in the previous version. Read the update document for more informations.

Any bug report or suggestions are welcome！
