CentOS packages upgraded by FreeSWITCH

The following packages from upstream CentOS needed to be upgraded:

• opus - An audio codec for use in low-delay speech and audio communication
• soundtouch - Audio Processing library for changing Tempo, Pitch and Playback Rates

Add-on packages from FreeSWITCH

Here is a list of the non-freeswitch packages added to the software repository:

• broadvoice - a library for the BroadVoice 16 and 32 speech codecs
• g722_1 - a library for the ITU G.722.1 and Annex C wideband speech codecs
• ilbc2 - a library for the iLBC low bit rate speech codec
