After Witiko/lt3luabridge#29 has been closed and lt3luabridge 2.2.1 released, we should be able to re-enable
eagerCachein tests for plain LuaTeX. We should also advertise inCHANGES.mdthat usingeagerCacheis now safe in plain LuaTeX.
