Fix Google Images external source link

Description

The external sources link for Google Image search on the Openverse frontend has been broken, apparently. This PR adjusts to use Google's current query params.

To clarify, the search was working but results were not filtered to only include CC-licensed works.

Testing Instructions

1. Visit https://openverse.org/search/image?q=there-are-no-results-for-this-dfagsfasD
2. Click the "Google Images" button
3. Observe that the results are not correctly filtered to CC-licensed works only.
4. Repeat locally on this PR with ov just frontend/run dev
5. Observe results are filtered correctly.

LGTM, local testing does indeed filter by CC licenses! I think Google Images changed the way they do license filtering recently (from just "open licenses"), which is probably what caused the need for this change.
