Add reviewed Rekognition labels to project appendix

Description

This PR adds an explicit list of excluded, corrected, and all reviewed labels from the Rekognition dataset to the project's appendix on the documentation set. This is intended to be an exhaustive record of the discussion resulting from #4643.
