Part of #137

What

This PR adds a command for each registered Custom Post Type to edit its definition through SCF's CPT interface.

Testing instructions

  1. Create a Book CPT
  2. Go to the Editor
  3. Open the Command Palette and use the command Edit Post Type: Books
