rp4if

rp4if is short for RPi-IIIF – a combination of the two technologies that this Remark.js tutorial website combines in a training course that was initially taught at the 2018 Antwerp Summer School in Digital Humanities: Processing and Analysing Images. You can visit the rp4if tutorial here, hosted with GitHub Pages.

This course was taught by Wout Dillen and Joshua Shaüble. For a more detailed description of who did what and was sponsored by whom, please visit our Credits and Copyright page.

RPi

Raspberry Pi – a low cost single board mini computer that runs on Linux (Raspbian).

IIIF

The International Image Operability Framework – a set of shared API specifications that are used to share and reuse (mainly cultural heritage) images.
