Reason for this PR

Fix docstring to prevent this error when importing SignSGD:

from brevitas.optim.sign_sgd import SignSGD
SyntaxWarning: invalid escape sequence '\g'
"""Implements signed stochastic gradient descent (optionally with momentum).
