Adds in content needed to run the NT Quarterly Mining Challenge event.
Most content is in
maps/yw/submaps/far_mining/_far_mining.dmand the.dmmfiles associated with it, except for a few minor edits in some places where I couldn't avoid it.I couldn't figure out what I'm missing to get the excursion shuttle to be able to get there. If you know how, please let me know.
