Hello,

Thank you for the documentation so far on ImpulseDE2, its a great tool.
I have a situation where I have multiple batches possibly influencing the data (date of experimentation and replicate number). I want to supply two vectors to vecConfounder but it says in the docs I need to supply dispersion estimates in order to do so.
Would you be able to tell me the best way to obtain these and input them into ImpulseDE2?
Would it be to use estimateDispersions() function from Deseq2? If so, how do I then supply both vectors of dispersion estimates to ImpulseDE2?
Many thanks
