EPW Editor is a GUI application for editing and rewriting .epw
files. .epw
files are commonly used weather data formats in energy analysis and building performance simulation. This application allows users to convert EPW files to CSV, edit the CSV data, and write it back to a new EPW file.
- Upload EPW File: Upload an
.epw
file and view its data. - Save as CSV: Convert the uploaded EPW file to a
.csv
format and save it. - Upload CSV File: Upload a modified CSV file to update weather data.
- Rewrite EPW File: Generate a new
.epw
file using the data from the uploaded CSV file.
The GUI
directory contains the packaged version of the code as a standalone software. This directory is intended to be used for running the application without the need for manually executing scripts. To use the application, navigate to the GUI
directory and run epw_Editor.exe
. Do not close the command window that appears, as it is required for the application to run.

file. - Click the "Rewrite EPW" button to generate and save a new
.epw
file.

This project makes use of the Ladybug Tools library. Special thanks to the Ladybug Tools team for their contributions to the community and for providing an excellent library for working with EPW files.
.epw
.epw
.csv
.epw
文件。
GUI
目录并运行 epw_Editor.exe
