Just a small bugfix release.

• Changed default card payment options to debit_cards and credit_cards.
• Fixed word capitalization for description and other similar fields.
• You can find a preset by aliases now.
• Fixed amenity warnings not being shown on editor open.
• For combo boxes, options from a preset are prioritized over taginfo.
• Marking a shop on a building closed does not remove it from the map.
