visit: let the initializer choose whether save or not.

It is useful to disable the visit tracking if not interested. This doesn't create useless data.

Hey @crondaemon thanks! It looks great, just please add this option to the initializer template too: lib/generators/rails_url_shortener/templates/initializer.rb

So people using it can notice the option.

Don't worry about the lint. I will fix it after merge yours changes. I will wait until you add it ;)
