Tony owns a small car garage in a sub-urb. Struggling to make ends meet, he decides to join the illegal street racing club in the city. When Tony's rival Nick frames him for the murder of a wealthy businessman, he is actively hunted by the city police who have been bribed to shoot him at sight.
