Section 4.1.1 Planning and Suggestion Features features a few tests which do not have clearly described outcomes.
For example, for Test-FR-P2, under 'How test will be performed' you state 'Enter nonsensical characters and verify appropriate error message appears'. You should specifically state what the desired error message is, and include that in your plan.

This happens again in Test-FR-P3: 'Paste large text block and verify system provides appropriate response'.
It is unclear what an 'appropriate response' is. Making decisions now about desired responses will make testing your system much more straightforward, and will make the document an even more helpful reference when you return to it in the future.
