Self-Hosted GitHub Actions Runner on AWS using Pulumi

This project sets up a self-hosted GitHub Actions runner using Pulumi as the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool. The runner is deployed on AWS ECS Fargate to manage and scale the runner efficiently.
