cmi5 Player v1.0.3

Release packaged for Catapult cmi5 Player Ironbank image in Platform1. P1 doesn't allow external downloads of packages so a node_modules.tar.gz was created in this to extract in the Ironbank Dockerfile. Code modified where environment variables are dynamic instead of hardcoded. Created from p1-ironbank branch.

Environment variables were hardcoded previously. Updated now to be dynamic.
