Install and run

Executing HelloIoT in desktop operating systems is straightforward. Download the appropiate package depending your operating system and unzip it in the desired folder. The executable file is located in image/bin/HelloIoT inside the folder where you unzipped the package.

The lastest version of HelloIoT for Windows, MacOS and Linux can be downloaded from the following place:

• helloiot-1.1.030-windows.zip Windows
• helloiot-1.1.030-macos.zip MacOS
• helloiot-1.1.030-linux.zip Linux

For Android the installation process is slighly different. Download the package and install it. Because HelloIoT is not published in the Play Store, you must allow your device to install unknown apps.

The latest version of HelloIoT can be downloaded from:

• helloiot-1.1.030.apk Android

Once HelloIoT is started for the first time it goes to the connection screen. In the next page it is explained how to connect to a MQTT broker with HelloIoT.
